This is to inform you that an herbicide application for weeds is scheduled to take place at the Centennial School District on 10/08/2024 – 10/10/2024. The herbicide(s) that will be used is 2,4-D, 2-ethylhexyl ester 1928-43-4

MCPP-p Dimethylamine Salt 66423-09-4

Precautionary Measures:

-Stay away from the area during the application and for the duration of the re-entry period specified on the herbicide label.

-Do not touch or remove any signs or barricades that have been placed around the treated area.

-Cover or remove any items that may be exposed to the herbicide(s), such as food, water, or personal items.

-Follow the instructions provided by the applicator and wear appropriate personal protective equipment, such as gloves and masks.

-Wash your hands and exposed skin thoroughly after coming into contact with any treated surfaces.
